It's only been about 3 weeks, and I already hate my job. Guess what, here's a list of why's >>

1) 10 hour shifts (but at least it accumulates in my pay check,... sort of)
2) There is not one single person there that is interesting to talk to save for one older guy who I trained under for the first week.
3) There is a radio there. All it picks up as Country music. I unplug when I know I'm working by myself.
4) My hands feel like I've been sleeping on them for 3 years. The tips are numb and at times become a bit prickly. What can I say? The sensation is annoying.
5) I think I'm developing Carpel Tunnel even faster.

The only thing that, right now, at this very moment, that I can think of that I can appreciate this job for, is the paycheck. That's about it.. and the fact that I have a job now. I thought about it in a "responsibility" sort of perspective, and in fact, did feel better about it.. for that short four minutes before I realized what my job was. Yes.. this is me bitching about my job, like everyone else.. but this would really be the first time I've absolutely hated my job.. so I guess I'm either pretty flexible and this job sucks, or I really haven't had to work before now, and this job is just another job... whatever.



On a lighter note. .One I'm happy about.. for the fact that I could afford such a thing.

I'm getting a new 6x8 tablet. Yes, she cost some money, but it will be worth it.. it will be worth it or Wacom will not know the fire ball of hatred that's about to be sent in it's direction. Such pure hatred such as when it hits, it will not only destroy them, a black hole will form, and all life will be devoured should anything go near it.


It's sunday night, 1 Am, and I'm slowly winning a battle against a cold I didn't want... and it's not that colds are anything I can't cope with.. it just adds to the fact that this weekend felt too short.
